My speciality is helping women, children and families. I utilize Narrative Therapy, Art Therapy and EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing with my adult clients. EMDR therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders.

With children I use play therapy and art therapy as children tend to express themselves through play and art rather than words. Play and art help them manage their anxiety, depression and neurodivergence.

I am trained in Young & Healthy's art based mindfulness program for school aged children and utilize meditation and art therapy in sessions with adults and children. I am also a Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher.
